Lombard resident Kristen Bowen, 15, died suddenly, Feb. 11.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard. Interment is at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
Ms. Bowen was an honor student her freshman year at Willowbrook High School and had previously attended Jefferson Junior High School and Shafer Elementary School.
Survivors include her parents, Raymond T. Zukowski and Katherine A. Bowen; five sisters, Margie McCalab, Amanda McCaleb, Kendra Bowen, Nicole Zukowski and Allie Thomas; two brothers, Raymond Zukowski and William McCaleb; her grandparents, Raymond Zukowski Marjorie (Robert) Malahy and Harold Bowen.
