KristensLaw Author Davis Elected to Village Board

 

In the race for a 2-year seat on the village board, incumbent John W. Davis defeated John Pilafas.

In unofficial results, Davis, a railroad safety advocate, won 61 percent of the vote compared to 39 percent for Pilafas.

Pilafas also made an unsuccessful bid for a seat on the Salt Creek District 48 school board.
