Block Party Promotes Railroad Safety

N. Ahrens St. 2^nd Annual Block Party drew the attention not only of Local Lombard residents but Villa Park as well. Mayor Joyce Stupegia arrived on the Lombard side of the fence as well as VP Board Member /RR Safety Advocate John Davis. For the second year Davis along with daughter Jessica offered a Railroad Safety Presentation for the kids as well as some of the adults on the block.

The event organized by Jennifer Hagen included food, drinks, moon jumps along with the Band Wanderlust who performed well in front of a large crowd. A Big Thanks to Jennifer, the Davis family, Mayor Stupegia, T.E.A.R.S. and all who helped organize, provide food and beverages for this special event.
