T.E.A.R.S. at Metra Safety Poster Judging

T.E.A.R.S. Vice President Helen Byrd joined Metra and other Safety Partners in judging the 3rd Annual Metra Safety Poster Contest. Winners will be notified by mail in June and will be recognized Friday August 14th at the 9:00 AM Metra Board of Directors meeting.

We would like to thank all the judges, Metra officials and children who participated in this years safety contest.

One first, second and third place winner from grades K-12 will receive:

First Place: Notebook Computer
Second Place: $250 Gift Card
Third Place: $100 Gift Card

* The school with the most entries submitted in the 2008-2009 Safety Poster Contest will also be notified in June and awarded a computer for its school compatible with its current system.
